The numbers are in for Operation Toy Train’s 2025 toy season! Our trains made 71 stops in 68 towns across five states and collected a grand total of 65,426 toys this year, shattering every internal record for our organization and representing a 48% increase over our 2024 collection trains! Plus, we had the most toys we’ve ever collected in a single day on a single run (24,347).

This grand total may increase slightly over the next few weeks as we pick up any extra toys that didn’t get delivered to us in time for our trains. Any toys collected from now through the end of the year will be added to this year’s total, then held in one of our boxcars and used to kick off our 2026 donations.
