Operation Toy Train runs a series of special annual toy collection trains across the United States during the holiday season. Each year, the trains collects tens of thousands of donated toys for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and other local civic organizations, all of which redistribute the toys to underprivileged children within the collection areas.

Operation Toy Train is run by TOYX, Inc., a New York 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
